This is Big News! Inspired by The John Lewis Partnership, The Zetter Group have a profit sharing scheme which is unique to the industry and open to all of those who have been with the company for 2 years or more. The scheme is about our people sharing and celebrating in the company's success and is paid out as a percentage of salary when the end of year results are announced.
