Mark Sainsbury & Michael Benyan first joined forces to open the multi-award winning Moro restaurant (in Clerkenwell), alongside Sam and Sam Clark.
In 2003 they reunited and founded The Zetter Group and opened the group's first venue, The Zetter Hotel in 2004 to wide acclaim.
Mark & Michael are hands-on and all about the detail. They are passionate about hospitality but they don't believe in following the pack and are always ready to challenge the norm. They are the driving force.

We are proud of our achievements and accreditations. Since opening, The Zetter Hotel has been honoured with a Gold Award from Green Tourism, an award from First Mile, recognising our commitment to recycling and most recently The Good Hotel Guide’s Green Hotel for 2017.
Since opening, all three of our venues have received a plethora of awards, recognising our passion for the guest experience, the well-being of our employees and the role we play in our community and environment.
